Probably; If it has two mods you might get that one, and you still risk the like 10% chance of getting nothing.

as of now the bow is worth about 10-20k; there's alot to it that makes it extremely desireable. Namely the fact it's a max dmg half moon...

1500-6000 would be fine what are the conditions on the +14%? If you can replace the grip or whatever that makes it -1 regen it'd be worth...
