Nope sometimes they just dont spawn. It's perfectly normal and gl on the survivor.

You can sell pets? This is new to me. I always thought the only way to get a rid of a pet was to give it to the exotic animal collectors.
Personally I like Verata's Sacrifice if you use it with a condition removal skill it becomes extremely effective.
I was looking for a skill like that but only to find out that one does not exist. The reason i wanted it was to spread fragility around to everyone.
