I have a feeling that it won't be miniatures anymore for the 5th birthday.
The March 25, 2010 update adds a new explorable instance to Talmark Wilderness. So my guess is a new quest chain.

The reward could be something entirely new *hint hint*, and it probably won't be tradable.

Should be four quests I believe. There are 4 quest instances of Underworld in gw.dat.
