I don't know why anyone would think female mesmer FoW was the ugliest of all though. Yeah there are better female mesmer armors, but it's not bad. And no where near as ugly as female mesmer elite luxon. I prefer to mix my FoW with other armor pieces, like the elite rogue top. But it also looks good on its own.
I also agree with those who say that dragon gauntlets are the single ugliest armor piece in the game. And that bandanas make female characters look like chemo patients. EotN seems to have made the majority of characters I see uglier than I ever remember them being.
As for titles... why should I care? They're hardly visible and don't look ugly, at least.

Overrated-word which recently has been used liberally as a way of discrediting something without having to give a proper justification, most often when someone finds they have a disliking for a popular phenomenom and is resentful of those who embrace it. Often used by anti-trendies.
ex. "(Something loved by many) is completely overrated."
All the female, min height, monks with all black FoW usually complimented with chaos gloves annoy me but I do not find it overrated.

I bought my monk chaos gloves cause i just fell in love with them and all the glowyness of them, they are my glowy gloves^^
overrated skin.. colossal scimitars on a monk, tormented sheilds in general
titles, LB, SS, gwen rep titles, Skillz.
the only titles i respect are capping, vanquishing, GMC, and the KoaBD track
