About bloody time. Wish I'd farmed as much as everyone else did, I only have about 30 to cash in on.

I don't mind the change to SF maybe it should be 40% but I don't like the change to The UW as to those who would like to get a party of 8 together and explore it.

Well I just logged into GW and it says nothing in the skill discription about -50% damage, is this fake or skill not updated yet?

Terra-Tanks are effected too, but I dont think it will have too big an impact on UW clear groups because they'll just send in the clowns...err, Ursans...to clean out that area, allowing the Terra-tanks to go clear pools, pits, etc...

if so, then its because Ursan only makes the entire game rediculiously easy IF you have an entire group of ursans, one ursan with H/H does not make the game easy because it still requires thought (ie flagging heroes when needed, making builds, etc)
SF makes SOLO (the key word, solo) farming EXTREMELY easy, if SF farming required an entire group, it probably wouldn't have been nerfed so soon (if at all)
(just my opinion anyway)

Ultimately, my point is that you can't argue that nerfs are just to "appease the QQers", but buffs are not. Clearly, both nerfs and buffs are made to appease somebody.

Going to go farm the Tombs then, may not be that much ectos in one run but I tend to get enough ectos to make some cash in a short time.
and if i want to farm UW, I'll just look for another farming build after the update has happened and learn it

Ok, well I think that just the UW buff is enough, I personally liked farming Greens for heros/other toons on my ele (don't try and argue this is over powered) but oh well. Acually the best nerf would be to make Mindblades not drop ectos. Simple really.

i do agree that the whole SF, UW affair had to be nerfed in some way, but all this together seems a bit... extreme doesn't it?
granted we still have to see how these CRD spawns work, and even at 0 dom. magic on Mindblades in NM, that is the end of the >100 hp trick...

I do agree tho, that the 50% damage reduction is a bit much though, hopefully this will be reconsider, because there was a lot more things the SF assassin farmed than just UW.
Congrats to all the casual players and regular people that were able to get their Obsidian armors and Chaos gloves because of this farm.
I know I only did it a few times, but it's given me a good enough head start to warrant bothering to continue

Ectos are supposed to be RARE and FOW is supposed to be elite armor. Thats how it was and that is how it should be.
Now though cause everyone has 6 million ectos and the prices of ectos will go back up and also the prices of rare items will rise because otherwise everyone can buy them. Because what is 250ecto for some people? Just a little pocketchange now.

Just hope the change won't affect empathy
On the other hand, I'll agree on the "extreme update" part (the SF nerf was maybe a bit too much, but it will slow business a lot, which is good IMO).

WoW SF got hit hard with 50% damage reduction i don't want this..... time for my QQ, put SF back the way it was i don't care about Perma-Sin, Put it Back to 21secs don't care about Perma, I want to able to farm Raptors this is crazy.

SF was buffed back to how it WAS before the initial nerf. Now it's been nerfed for pve along with a change to a certain area.
And people still want to bitch? Nononono, you don't get to have your cake and eat it too. If SF gets nerfed, then UW gets nerfed.
By the way, I've NEVER farmed UW nor do I have a stack of ecto's that I'm hoping will be more valuable. I'm a regular player. So this isn't coming from someone who's for or against it. I'm neutral and I think the damage penalty is bullshit. It's overkill.

Shadow Form is a crappy skill by concept and design, and anyone with a brain can tell you that. A-net should rightfully nerf it to hell.
