Seems like Amazon is the best bet to me. They have the Presale package listed as its own item and you buy it and factions together.
They even offer to sale the Preorder package by itself for 1 dollar, so thats what I did.
That way they'll ship that to me tommorow or whenever and I can pick up Factions at my leasure and not owrry about preorders.

1. I would assume BestBuy, they had ch1 8am the day it came out. bigger chain = better suppliers (most of the time) but a place like EB is more likely to know about it.

My guess is Gaile will tell us all about the CE tomorrow or Friday, and this new list is spot on. Unless someone made this all up, it appeared out of nowhere....

This is actually really disappointing. I was hoping for Divine Aura again because it never worked on the GW:P CE that I bought, and Anet has expressed no intention of fixing it - despite the fact that I sent my request with full documentation including a copy of the invoice of the order and photos of the box, cds, and the key.

I have ordered 2 CE Factions from EB games here in Ipswich Qld Australia and they have no record on computer or any knowledge about the Preorder Package coming. I had to order my Preorder package from USA and I am really hoping I get it in time for the preview event!

I can confirm that Aus/NZ will be stocking the CE for Factions. The numbers will probably be limited, however, so you'll want to either preorder or get to your store early; I believe there will be enough for a few copies per store (depending on how EB decide to distribute the CE amongst their stores).

Its been noted in relation to Aussies, but everyone should notice that Amazon is only allowing 1 Presale Package order per customer so people dont abuse the fact that they are only 1 dollar (They'd run out of stock in a second, if people started trying to stock 100 copies of the preorder to sale later )

CE Special ingame are only for 'sins/rits eh?
I was hoping that the CE's special would be at least universal to all professions (like ch.1's divine aura)...but again w/ the preorder ingame items, it was only for 'sins/rits, so they are atleast consistent...
/IMO odd though.
/waits for this to be officially confirmed.

of course, this means I'll want to make a Ritualist AND Assassin. Which blows my extra slots right there. Sigh.
I am disappointed there won't be a bonus third slot. I thought that was a no-brainer.

I'd take the info with a grain of salt- another site posted CE contents a while back, and it's since been shown that they were in error (for example, they said that you would get one character slot more than the standard edition). I'd wait til the info is officially confirmed.

Gamestop has updated their web site, they now show the correct package for the pre-order package and the Collectors Edition (CE). I also called and made sure that I was getting this package, they said that the bonus pack will be here by the 12th and the full version will be shipped at a later date.
So if you pre-ordered threw Gamestop you will get the bonus pack some time this week or next week. But to be sure you have the correct one ordered call and make sure or change your order.
