I doubt I'll buy the collector's edition, I don't even plan on playing Ritualist or Assassin 
I'll just wait for ANet to realise the official discription on their site, and if it gives me another slot, I'll definitly buy it, otherwise, I'll pass.

Well I think that may just be a reference the fact that Factions gets two slots when linked, not two additional on top of that.

Heres story in full: A site (in the UK I think..) listed CE contents way before Anet had even arranged the CE package, and they listed one of the perks as a CD-Key that will net you 1 extra slot ON TOP OF the 2 you get with Factions.
Now the real package is for preorder, and that was confirmed just a rumor, people are backlashing about it saying they DEMAND a extra slot with CE lol.
I have friends that cancelled their CE preorder when they found out it didnt come with an extra slot.

my EB has it set for $52 on release date...it will deff end up goin on sale later on though n' be round $40 like the origional which i've seen it as low as $35-ish

So... I just purchased the pre-order package from Amazon for a buck. As we all know, I can play factions 24 hours early with a cd key included in this package. Obviously, I'm going to have to pay for the full game sometime later, but where does that happen? Can I pay the full amount online while I download the full client with my cdkey on the 27th? Or will I have to go to some store during or after the 10 day trial to buy the full game still?

the 14 hour/10 day trail is for prophecies not factions.also jeff said that pre-orders would get the 24 hour early bonus + an extra 24 hours on the client so you don't have to camp outside your local store on release day.

Hi. i live in norway and none of the stores have heard of this preorder.. i was hoping i could buy the preorder on plaync like i did with chapter 1. i thought it should be avable on plaync on march 3, but i cant find it there. it only shows links to us online shops. so where can i buy the cd-key online? i dont need a box,, having tons of old games boxes laying around anyway..

Alex has hinted that there might be a difference between teh EU collectors and the US collectors
the only bad thing about that is, until i know the contents (march 17th) i cant do anything regarding odering (especially since im from australia)
I do however want to get the pre-order AND collectors, so if gamestop ship to australia i might go with them

When I preordered the original GW, I got the preorder box for $10. Took it back on release and paid $40 to exchange the preorder box for the game box.
Does this preorder work the same way? If so, when I take the preorder back, will I just get the game box free, since its already a $50 preorder?
