Hey this probably was asked already but im to lazy to ready through 30+ pages of questions. I ordered a pre order package from gamestop, usually after 24 hours they ship out correct? They didnt so im guessing theres soemthing special with pre orders, any idea when ill be getting it? Will it be before or after the 28th of April?

I ordered from gamestop.com on the 14th, yet more problems with international orders for the collectors edition. I have to $60 extra if i want it in time for the preview not going to happen. $85 ok, $130 no go i'll wait the extra time as thats a lot of cash for a game.

I preordered from Bestbuy a while ago, and have NOT recieved my preorder stuff. I feel scammed because I clicked on the Best Buy link on the Gw.com site and I expected to get preorder stuff by preordering...
Should I call them and cancel my order, and order from some place else?

I don't know about any other Australians but I am pretty annoyed that we don't get the preorder pack. They better give us something to make up for it, either in the CE or the next GW expansion.

I found the pre-order pack at EB Games in Parramatta (Sydney), but they only had 1 left at the time. Also, I had to ask specifically for it, it wasn't on the shelf (I even had to explain to the clerk what the pre-order pack is). I think a lot of retailers have it but some of the employee's are not aware of it.

i ordered my factions game more than 2 weeks ago.. I still cant get the pre order pack. The local E B Games here cant get them in. I have contacted everyone from the local store manager , the warehouses, and talked to managers there, all the way to arena net. No one can tell me why we cant get the pack. Store and warehouse say they have ordered them several times and cant ge them in, and a-net says its up to the warehouse and stores to order them. Personally i think its a crock, or just my luck. But so far i really like factions. Assasins rule!

So, if the game doesn't hit shelves until April 28, how do pre-order people get to play 24 hours in advance? Will they be able to play Factions for those 24 hours without having the full version?

Since I bought the Pre-Order Edition from Best Buy, when the game comes out will that money I spent go towards the purchase of the game? I question this because they didn't ask for a name, address, phone number, or anything like they do when I generally pre-order a game.

It is supposed to go towards the cost of the game. Eg if you paid $10 for the pre-order pack, you should get a $10 discount off Factions when you buy it (provided you get it from the same place). You should keep your receipt and give them a call, I'm pretty sure they are not allow to just sell you the pre-order pack.

I live in Brazil, and there is no GW selling here. Also, if we preordered online, it would take a week or two for the package to arrive, plus almost doubling the price.
I know there may be many people on the same situation, so why isnt PlayNC selling pre-order keys online?
We didnt want to be left out of the preorder just because ANet isnt interested in selling here

Well, if that says anything about what ebgames is doing... that sucks. I went to ebgames earlier today to try and preorder, and they were all sold out of the preorder packages and collectors edition. Is all lost for me ?

2) Through the post to your doorstep, if you ordered online.
3) EB sucks. I hate hate hate hate hate EB.
The "with bonus!!!!!!111one" part in the item description on ebgames.com implies that you'd get the bonus stuff no matter what, but...who knows. Try to get to a Best Lie or a CompUSSR in your area to see if they have any on hand (and cancel from EB if they do).

Already a thread on this, even one with almost identical name. If you have GW Phrophicies and Buy Factions Chapter 2 you can play them seperatly or enter cd-key into login and merge both. There will be a place to activate your factions copy from your current login screen.

That's usually how I buy stuff 'cause I'm cheap and hate to pay for shipping. They're pretty fast for me, and I've never had a complaint about them, even when I used the APO system.

Alright, well this completely blows. EBgames in Winnipeg, Manitoba told me that they should have the bonus, as it says on the ebgames website. But they still have not gotten it, even though I have pre-ordered and paid for the damn thing.
I personally don't care about the items all that much, even though I want to try IW with the daggers, but all I really want is the head-start. Is there anyway to prove to arenaNET that I've pre-ordered it and have them give me a legit key? Because I don't see this ebgames getting it before release if they havn't gotten it yet.

good question how can i get early access if my the games get deliverd 3-7 days. example games realeases on the 28th that measn i will recieve the dam game on the 3 or 4 of next moth so how will i acces on the 27th ther is no dam answer on this.

If you pre-ordered and have the pre-order key, in your existing account you enter the pre-order in “manage accounts” This gives you the FPE which is over and it also gives you the head start.

Eight days ago I ordered GW: Factions @ Game.net. A day later I upgraded it to the CE via a mail I got. But here's my problem, I've heard from a lot of people that they got their pre-order key the same day or the next day after ordering @ game.net. But I'm still waiting, and that's after a week. I've contacted them via the site (contact form) and I've sent them an email, and that was about 3/4 days ago. I still haven't heard anything from them, not even a reply that they read my mail.
You guys got any tips on what I should do? I'm really getting desperate here, my last order @ simplygames got cancelled after I found out that from one day to the other they didn't participate in the pre-order event anymore.

Pre ordered c1 2 days before release got preorder that day from store.
Pre ordered c2 and got pre order paid for. Guy called some other stores and found a pre order pack. Had it in 3 days.
I'd go retailer if you can. I'd do the same. Call other stores if they don't have it. If the rep doesn't then they don't want your business and could care less.

If u have a GAME store near you, just go there and u save on silly over priced P&P, if u dont just call call and call.

Some possibilites come to mind - have you received any emails from Game - e.g. confirmation of your order. - if not maybe their emails are being caught by your spam filters, or are going astray some other way. You may need to check the email address on your account.
Also, did you order before/during/after the FPE? I know they say they are delivering both the online and the box preorders, but maybe they have cancelled the online for anyone not ordering before the FPE, and are just sending out the box.
Edit: Just checked Game's site and they do now only list the box preorder, not both.

But just to get this straight, the online pre-order is recieving a key by email? And the boxed pre-order is this?
If so, I've learnt something new today. And I won't be getting my pre-order key by email. Thank you very much guys!
P.S. I live in the Netherlands, so there are no GAME stores around here.
