If you happen to live in or near Tulsa, Oklahoma, I got this one at the 71st and Mingo Best Buy. They had about 10-15 copies on the shelf. The Midtown Best Buy should have then by now as well...when I called there 3 hours ago, they expected them 'any minute now'.

when i went to eb games, and asked about the pre order... they have no idea what it is or anything about the whole factions, they didnt know its going to come with so many things. they told me that it wont be in for sometime. since well american's dont include canada as north america... i heard it and i laughed... so us canadians are going to get out little pre order shipment a little late....
i called in future shop. and they knnow it but dont know when the shipment is coming in...

Well, I had a good visit to EB games today. Sort of. They told me that the pre-order isn't in yet and they're still not sure when it's coming in. But, on the plus side they said that when it does come in that I will be guarenteed a pre-order box. Then, and this is the good part that surprised me, they said that if I wanted to I could ugrade to the CE if I wanted to at any time. I know, not the biggest news ever, but it was nice to go into that store and not want to choke the little punk behind the counter when he's smug with me.

I think Im missing the point, what does Pre-Order actually mean. I've checked everywhere but nothing seems to answer my question.

For the uk lot, I went into Game station yesterday and spoke to a chap that knew all about the pre order kit. He claimed that he'll have them in store around the 17th and happily 'pre ordered' a pre order box for me. If you're having trouble finding a game shop who know anything about it I'd suggest a trip to Game Station.

btw i went to software shop today once again , just so they dont forget me .. i said it one more time to him , " pre order " , " collectors " ... and he sais , " yes ,.. look , its here on my book " he shows me the order book ( lol ) and then he sais ... comes out in april ... makes me think , i wont get the pre order box .. witch makes me a litle sad ... maybe ill go talk to him again , and make sure he orders the pre order box .. im not sure , but i think pre order box for collector might be the same for normal ...

Looks like the Best Buy's, at least in the mid-Atlantic area, finally received the actual pre-order package. I called my local one in the Richmond VA area (so I can decide which feed store to hit - one is nextdoor to the Best Buy LOL) and they have the box. Also posted on GWOline the Harrisonburg, PA Best Buy has them on the shelf too.

did my pre-order online at GAME today.at the right time you get an e-mail with the codes for beta and your main for the 24 hour early start with the special items on it plus free delivery of the pre-order box with the goodies in it.

They have yet to confirm what extras are going to be included in the CE for factions. Gaile did confirm that Divine Aura would carry over from the original GW to new characters on merged accounts, but was unsure if Divine Aura would be a feature to those who purchased Factions CE as their first CE.
I am waiting on the specifics as well to see which to pick up.

Well grats on getting it, I still haven't got mine - I called best buy beacuse it's in anoter city and i dont want to drive there and it possibly not be there, but i got no answer

you just tell the game store that you want the collectors editon rather than the standard,
and the pre order box ect is part of the ordering thing rather than the going into the store on release day and buying it thing
if your like me, and your local game store is your friends, they might sugest you pre order both a copy of standard AND CE, so they have a spare to sell on when you want the ce and not the standard ^^
(best when you only have to actually buy one copy of the game and they want a spare they can sell on, without having to order specialy..)

sry for any confusion but i did state that i did it online.you don't need to do it yet you can just wait for the box to come instore but i wanted the free beta access key to add to my free account from the pvp weekend as i have no room to play the beta otherwise.also realy looking forward to getting my free poster i'm sure the wife won't mind me pinning it on my wall.

The Best Buy in Norwalk, CT (Fairfield County) has the pre-order boxes in stock as well.
My local EB Games (Westport, CT) had no idea what I was talking about when I asked them about the pre-order boxes.

I'm an EB Games person too. I don't have mine yet either, and they haven't called me. But at least the guy knew what I was talking about and stated that even though I "pre-ordered" before the pre-order package was released, I'd still get the package. A little bit of hope.
