1st - U say now u wanted a pressure build but u used before a 15sec recharge off-hand, therefor I concluded u wanted spike because u cant pressure...
anyways in you 1st post u also had a 15sec recharge skill, thats why I thought of spiking and so twisting.. if u want pressure, u dont need that...
