yeah... what they said ^... QB doesnt synergize well with spells... I ran a QB build that looked like this (used in pvp of course) [card]enraging...

if you're at lvl 14 you probably dont have any weapon runes anyway.... I would just run a spear build until you get to a place where you can...

If you are starting a pve sin.....the best thing to do is take a class that you are familiar with and is very safe.... the levels before lvl 20...

i'd say drop tactics for another shout like .... find their weakness... its actually a great skill....especially with melee
