I see your point... and I think many of the paras skills should be buffed/changed... but i do agree with the above post. paras are useful in many...

looks pretty good... hex breaker is a great skill i probably wouldnt choose the same runes in your list there but.. each to his own I guess......

We were talkin about a similar idea with barrage in another thread... took a barrage para to TOPK with a orders necro and bps...mmmmm pain...
