70k faction is the cap for allegiance title,i got max title(almost 11 mil faction donated actually) and done all quests needed to increase the cap...

if u are going to use another proffesion than monk for roj,i suggest either mesmer because of fast casting or ofc necros because of soul reaping.

fastest way to max any rep title imo is by filling up Hm hero handbooks and turning them in.

If u want to have perma sins with scythes than imo dont use[order of the vampire] since [aura of holy might] on the perma sins would do far...

I like [wounding strike] because when running 3 discord necros or more stuff dies quite fast,so a 3 sec recharge dw which is on demand unlike...

U can max titles on any profession,but first make sure that u chose a profession that u enjoy playing and with which u wont get bored to fast...

i always kill shiro first,because i can pull him without pulling the lich to,than proceed to cap the shrines without paying much attention to the...

about divert hexes,i would like it to be 5 energy ,to balance it remove the cond removal or even the healing part from it.

if i were u i would get nightfall,i enjoyed playing nightfall more than factions and it has better skills overall imo.Also depends if u would want...
