The important question is: Are you using hero/hench to get to the icy cave?

Whenever something becomes challenging, Ursan comes to the rescue...sad but quick fix for many. No wonder PvE titles aren't worth anymore.

I did this a few days ago without any consumables - listen to the paragon hint, and you will go a long way without frustration.
