i try not to pug for mish's, but i'll pug for the "higher ranked" areas (DoA UW FoW slavers exile) because generaly the ppl there...
weekness is god vs charr and well, all other melee / ranged based foes that hit for stupid ammounts. ( both pve and pvp ( r-spike any1 ?)
i hate grinding but .... norn: r6 --> max asura: r4 --> max delver: r8 --> max vangaurd:50k -->66k (got realy bored on this lol)...

its not an item but if you brought the pre order for the 1st game you get the "glowing hands" when ever you do a /emote
just use a mm and instead of you calling where ur putting it, see where there attacking and put it on them.
