Its the crappy items that make the rare ones rare. More rare just makes it more common, anything gets incresed its price decreses simply put. so...

A run holy haste + LOD on a hero to try and avoid it/fix it, then focus on keeping the hexes off him untill the hexes on the rest just... run out ^^.

Its Pve, c-space will win 99% of it anyway.
