Swapping is pretty good but in pvp where spikes are so common swapping will be the least of your troubles so id go with a +30 myself.

I dont even think i changed it except for my para who i made the biggest =D

Scar eater might work, he has no hex removal but keeps himslef alive pretty well so long as healing burst deosnt heal the mini O_o.
