I really like the idea, but in PvE watch yourself will be more effective.

just use holy veil. rit is pretty self-sufficient, but no hex removal.

you dont really need the +24 armor if your using jagged strike to spread blind. anything that wont be affected by blind wont be effected to much...

with wounding you dont need the deepwound at the start, and reaper's has insane bonus damage.

people have been doing it for awhile put 10 points into channeling and take both splinter and nightmare weapon for splinter and a great heal.

would work better with a scythe. im sure it works for PvE though, just low dps.
