The max effect of degen is 10.. however, if you have say... actually 13 degen and you put on 7 regen... you will still have 6 left.

elementalist skill- shock- now also give exhausion... =( The removal of "call of" skills really explain how my warthog was doing so little...
you going to need some sort of energy supply... maybe equip a sword and use flourish then switch back to bow maybe put in penetrating shot to add...
I can say... You DO NOT want to have THREE exhausion skills... if you do use all 3 often... expect to last in battle for something like 1 minute...
if you are not going to touch any long cast time spells... then you wont need fast cast... and I dont consider most of the necro spell long... nor...
