collectors dont come with perfect *add-on* mods, they come with perfect dmg mods (15%^50) and dmg + (insert race here) some also have weird mods...

...so let me get this straight as a HEALING (not 55) monk, i now have to ATTACK to get any remote *chance* at getting a drop? ...you gotta be RED...
