Ice Beast is hard to kill. Azure Shadows use signets, that's why you need anti-kd. This is rather done in NM, easier and IDSes drop the same.

1. 2,4k is a lot for first armor. You should get at most 1,5k each of you, so you have a nice armor a bit better than stater. 2. Bad choice......

Imo take 7 heroes/henches and flag them away. Gold is divided, of course, but you are there for gold items, which are not assigned to heroes.
