Norn title requires no grind, imo. Simply exploring all Norn areas and clearing them once will get you at about 20k. Then repeat Drakkar Lake once...

You only have to "grind" if you want the armor. And since your char has to be level 20 to get to EotN, you already have Max Armor on...

I play Ranger. Ranger Norn armor rocks. Nothing else matters. Vanguard is ok as well.
