It's roughly a minute per aatxe, then up to 2 minutes per group of smites. So whatever that works out to.
We balled up, and my guildies decided to attack through Spiteful. Wiped us all out.

11 or lower strength, and if its tactics based it can be any req. The +30 health is optional, I need the +10 vs. fire more.
