Is Healing Signet really worth it, when you've got a Monk secondary?

I've used Divine Healing. The range is maybe about 50% larger than Heal Area. I don't think that it's worth the effort most of the time.

Vote kicking is good. Party leader kicking is bad. What if it's the party leader who's the one who deserves to be kicked?

I think the game balances performance and graphics pretty well. Plus, after a while, you tend to ignore how nice the graphics look.
