Req.8 shields and offhands have always dropped inscribable. A Req.8, max damage, inscribable WEAPON i have yet to see a screenshot of. Anywhere. Ever.
Agree. It's like they took the ones that are being used in all these cookie cutter gimmick builds and absolutely left them alone, and took...
I'll only have different weapon sets i switch from if i'm doing serious PvP, like ranked HA or GvG, and only at the convenience of a PvP...

PUGging was killed with heroes. Adding 4 more won't make a difference, just make our lives easier... so don't count on it.
