Try signing up for gmail or some other free webmail. Again, no one here can help you. All we can tell you is to contact support.

Contact NCSoft support. They'll look into the issue. No of us can really do anything for you. You'll have to go to them.

More than likely it is the graphics card. And there's no way to make it work any better other than upgrade it.
