I have a gold inscribable require 11 channeling celestial compass. it has throwaway mods on it.
I'd like to see splinter weapon changed so it doesn't count how many target it hits, but make it have a shorter duration so it can't...

I just wanted to comment that it's nice having a new player who realizes that having a 100k sword doesn't make you a better player...
I guess I'm the only rit that never uses SoS in their bar... wow. It's a nice skill, but spirit spamming still isn't all that good...
can someone post a link to the article or dev notes or blog or whatever that says you need to have a HoM to reserve your character's name?...
