Yes 4670 is a very nice cheap card. If you can afford a bit more an ATI HD 4830 or 4850 are great cards for just a bit more.

I would look for a nvidia Geforce 8600 GT or an ati 3850/3870. Should give a nice boost over that 7600gs. You can also look on overclocking a bit...

That card should run gws with no problems, but more information would be helpful. But a 3650 will probably not be good enough to run newer games...
