In the community works forum, there is a thread that has screenies of all fissure crafting requirements.
There was an update that now pools all merchants across all regions. America, Europe and Korea all have the same prices now, supposedly.

Woot! Got all my runes for cheap. Someone was complaining about the prices being 'fixed' though, so we'll see how long it lasts.
This is the closest I've seen to a full armor list.
There's plenty of threads around about item upgrades... do a search for upgrades. As for the Insightful Head, I agree paying for maxed out...

A pommel will replace a pommel and a hilt will replace a hilt. If you have any other mods that are not a result of a hilt or pommel, they will stay.
Oooh, I like it! It's a lot better looking than the warrior fissure sets, IMO.
