I keep getting this in festival fortunes, and I have no idea what it does. Does anyone have any clue?
Oh the spam is still there. The bots have just moved to Kamadan, Shing Jea and Ascalon now.(had encounters with spam bots in each)
While it is a noble idea, it would take a lot of coding to make skills act differnt in PvE and PvP. Anet is not going to redo their whole skill...
True, but if you put something like that all the prot monks will bitch and cry and it will be nerfed..again...why do you think the mesmer got hit...
As of right now blood does not have anything to brag about. 1sec cast time stries would make it so much better.
But then it would be over powered again cause people would just run a lot of 'unblockable' attacks like wild blow and what not, stealing...
Meh, I'm still going to cap it and use it. Why, because I can. And I shall enjoy every second of it. Also good for taking out R/E Conjure Rangers.
