those "titles" are just that..titles, it doesnt mean you gotta go kill a certian foe, its just a naming for that rank ie...

pet flagging would be nice, but we are talking about tamed wild animals, not only that but pet skills i think are radar range you could cheese...

keep trying, or quit trying too hard. play thru the game for gold then buy some decent daggers. you can get green daggers anywhere from 200g-5k...

your question is kinda confusing but... you can explore ALLL of factions, you dont even need to be in a guild, just follow your quests and missions.
