Before anyone flips a lid this suggestion is for PvE, this is what i run and it is very effective, great dps and you can live through anything....

Honestly just find a good area and farm.... once you can buy a high end item cheap, power trade as was said above. Its time consuming but not too...

Or do you mean drop rate with heroes vs with humans? It could be construed either way.
