sure, you get it back, but you have to have enough to cast it to get that cost back, so you can't use it to gain energy when you actually need...

well... maybe the sunspear rebirth signet would be better since it's for pve. maybe victorious sweep? I usually use [skill]victorious...
I have seen a vid of a pure dervish build solo UW... but I'm not sure what skills were used...
I see alot of builds that use eremites attack, and was wondering why those builds don't use victorious instead... it has full +damage...
