With Focused Anger and Aggressive Refrain, plus skills like Blazing Spear, Cruel spear and Harrier's Toss, you can be a massive DPS machine....
The one thing you overlook with Wild Blow is the stance cancel, which is useful with those pesky Whirling Defense spamming rangers.
