Did you try hidden place in Eredon Tarrace? It should give you around 0.4%.
You can use 55hp build for Necro to farm groups of mobs or bosses (one of oldest still working farming builds). Also there is N/W Raptor farming...
Of course it is possible, but what do you mean by fast? 20 minutes? 60? As Timey posted it you can use Heroway, but you can use your brain too....
