You should be more concerned with playing the game through. It's a lot more fun than farming.

Melee and pet dont mix, pets are very skill intensive, and to have them be effective you must bring atleast 4 pet skills.

Oops, I thought you said kindle arrows, my bad, yeah they stack.

The first time I posted it must have been atleast 6 months ago, but I'm sure this build has been used before I thought of it.

Put more points in expertise, as a ranger you shouldnt be having energy problems, unless youre running a spike build, or doing some wierd ranger...

Please, this build was created a long time ago. You taking credit for any part of the build or description would be like someone taking credit for...
