Does the skill Stolen Speed work so you have increased cast time against any foes hexed, or just foes hexed with stolen speed?
Adding onto my question, would a torm axe look good with the torm shield and elite lux? I dunno what to use my current armbrace on.
Which do you think looks better with torm shields? Elite Kurzick, or Elite Luxon armor? I cannot decide between the two.
