I did all of Nightfall with just H/H. All of them masters. It's doable. You just need to try different things to do some of them.

In options, go to "UI" and you can move all the different "Windows" to other positions and stretch them and all sorts of things.

Tons of expansions: 3. Cost $40: I already mentioned that I spent $87 for all 4 and could have spent ~$50 if the first one wasn't a gift....
