I had a blue item drop that had no mods once identified. Is this something that happens often? or just a bug? I regret not taking a screen shot.

"Watch Yourselves!" from the Warrior Tactics line used to be ok. It's mostly junk now after the nerf. (~30% damage reduction for 3 hits.)
