Hey guys, Since i love splinter weapon im looking for a decent build for a splinter resto Rt. Why not necro? Because i can have Chaneling 15 or 16...

Nice idea with ["Can't Touch This!"] and ["Brace yourself!"], didnt think about it. [never surrender] is another good option...

Remedy is worthless, leave it to the monk remove ur conditions. Bring Death Charge and an hero with splinter weapon so u catch the mobs grouped...
