The Foefire is 11 years after the War in Kryta. I wouldn't expect that ever in Guild Wars.
So apart from a surprise nerf to a particular farm, was this update meant to achieve anything?

WNWN is actually pretty reliable - heroes use it frequently enough to merit it; the only issue is that the energy gain is pretty small for 15...
