Also instead of "soloing" take friends with you and share drops. With NPCs the items drop less.

Wait till you get to the ascention trials, you have a long hard road ahead. EDIT: If your at quarrel falls you are not even half way guy.

The vampy mod is only good with frenzy and mending.

Maby a sword(Ive seen them on mes too, I had yet to see a monk with one though), but a shield? That screams I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING.
