i have a max damage fire wand with 20% chance of faster recharge...and since its a wand, u can have something in the offhand...

its a nice wand, but there arent many water/fire elementalists, so that fire thing is going to be useless...either way, it should sell for a lot
don't tell people that you'll trade it after you get a price check...if someone is really interested in it, they'd give a much lower...
howcome only i get in trouble for bumping too early i've never seen one, best bet is to find an artifact with those stats
