Don't do spirit spam in pvp. There are lots of good pvp rit builds, most are based around either healing or support/ damage via the channeling...

Best answer is make a WS critscythe, it only takes one hit and you can supply AoE deep wound to your party's damage which is a pretty big help...

Just don't wear the headpiece, only get it for your HoM. I would have said the para, but rit probably has a wider use.
