Basically you want NPCs to run into your traps but your covering thsi up by saying perhaps heroes can pull them? Lol... Also if you think trapping...

Or just give them better paths to follow so they don't stick on walls. I can't be arsed to flag NPCs, I hate flagging heroes anyway.
