I think you should wait to get your account info back. if its not back soon i think you should buy a new one.

I dont even use res in PvE its useless and just takes another spot in my skill bar... my heroes take res. I would suggest that to you too.

go to Beacon's Perch and get a run to Droknar's Forge

make a char to keep all/most of the things you arent using such as weapons, runes, minipets etc.

You must have the book (even if not in your inventory) if u want to fill the book in the missing spots. -> before doing the quest you must have...
