Cons are the dumbest thing Anet has done to PvE, beating out even PvE skills. Anyone with even a shred of self respect should not be using them.
Hourglass Staff is definitely the best item in guild wars. Why would you want the crappy spirit binder staff though? Its just the hourglass staff...
