very good in PvE, since most mobs won't move at all, you can ress a dead ally without fearing of the monsters.
for RA this skill is quite good. I used it with Mo/E and instead of running I was sitting in one place. 40 AL gives a quite good standings agains...
Can be good for the flag runner's last few steps or similar 1 person tactic.
Good in RA, 4 team splits with R/W with hammers...if they can spare a slot for it.
This is trickky skill. 90% can be very little to non usefull, but in the other 10% it can kick ass bad. (vs split war builds)
It was 75%...I wonder why they changed it back to 50%...considering the long recharge time I only used that skill once - versus the dopple gangler...
Draw conditions also works fine, also keep in mind you need to be in casting range to transfer them to enemy.
