A few days ago it was happening here in hte American servers, it didn't let anyone go out of cities or anything... sucked.

15k is purely for the looks, it has the same stats as the armor at Droknars.

Well, I've seen people selling them before.. might have been a typo or something. But I've seen it.

I've not bothered with upgrading from the 30 AL Ascalon set due to no reason to pay for a new set for 9 more armor, I just get the Collectors...

Its avalible from Captian Greywind at the Ascalon settlement in Krtya.
