It all depends on the area if there is going to be heavy dmge and degen then healers boon but for normal healing then word.

I would suggest turning your graphics down as what is said in the second link in this thread....

For those of you still having this turn your graphic settings in F11 down and it will increase you FPS as I found this on this support site....
